Provides support to Aboriginal young people aged 12-18 years who have been involved with court, police or Juvenile Justice.
It is a structured 12 week diversionary program which seeks to engage the young people to prevent re-offending.
The program provides intensive case management to assist them in their rehabilitation and reintegration back into the community.
Criteria
Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander young people residing in the Greater Western Sydney area and have come into contact with the courts or police for anti-social behaviour or are on or who have been on Juvenile Justice orders and aged 12-18 years old.
