Marist Youth Care provides support to young people who are at risk of entering or re-entering custody. The aim is to reintegrate young people back into their communities. The three month program also offers Aboriginal specific services for Aboriginal young people.
Referrals are made through Juvenile Justice. Strategies are employed by using networks, including family contact, education, training and employment.
The program aims to establish relationships with welfare and community support services, empowering young people to continue accessing support after leaving our program.
