Marist Youth Care has a long and successful history in providing residential care for young people with high and complex needs. Over the years, this has extended to providing a full suite of education and support services as well.
Our mission and values are based on a deep commitment to the care and development of young people at risk.
We employ around 300 staff and volunteers in direct care, professional and administrative roles. We offer both full-time and part-time positions. Our workforce is diverse, representing 45 nationalities. This includes the people from the main CALD and indigenous groups in Blacktown.
