Our Strategic Plan is developed every three years and forms the basis of our Annual Business Plan.
Developed by our Management Team, the strategic plan takes into account the needs of young people in our region. It also considers existing and potential partnerships with other agencies and community organisations. The Strategic Plan is reviewed and endorsed by Marist Youth Care's Board.
